Infant Sleep Environment and Factors

On-Demand Class · Sleep

Join me for this deep dive into all the factors that go into creating an ideal sleep environment. This session is ideal for expecting parents and those of babies up to 16 months of age.

Class Description

Welcome! In this session we will be discussing how to create an ideal sleep space for your baby, and what factors in their room could be affecting their sleep. These are the first things we can do to establish positive sleep and awake cycles. We focus on how the environment can help a baby transition into sleep more easily, and stay asleep longer. These variables can improve their overall total hours of sleep as well.

Class Materials

Please make sure you take time before our scheduled class to watch my other sleep videos - Sleep Education, Safe Sleep and Sleep Concerns. These topics will not be discussed during class but will be referenced, and they could play a role in your child's sleep as well.
