Class Description
Are sleepless nights and short naps leaving you exhausted? Join BCBA and sleep expert Emily for a comprehensive baby sleep class for infants 0–12 months. This class is designed to help parents understand their baby’s sleep needs and develop practical strategies to encourage longer, more restful sleep. You’ll learn about safe sleep practices, establishing healthy bedtime routines, recognizing sleepy cues, managing overtired or undertired states, handling night wakings, navigating sleep regressions, and gradually dropping middle-of-the-night feeds. Topics are tailored by age group—from newborns and early cues to independent sleep for older infants—so you can support your child’s sleep at every stage. Parents will also receive checklists, activity ideas, and tips to reduce stress, prevent “bad habits,” and foster confidence in nighttime routines. By the end of the class, you’ll have actionable tools to help your baby sleep better, nap more consistently, and give yourself the rest you need.
