Join me for this deep dive into the various ins & outs of trying to find the perfect schedule and routine for your family! This session is ideal for babies 4 to 16 months old.
Class Description
Welcome! In this session we will be discussing how to find the ideal schedule for your child at their current age. We will also discuss when and how to have a flexible or more “on-the-go” schedule while still keeping your baby on track. Once we cover the various pieces involved with finding and creating a schedule, we will move on to discussing what a routine is and how to establish the right routine for you and your family. We’ll review the right time and age to establish a routine, and how routines can help with other aspects of your daily parenting journey.

Please make sure you take time before our scheduled class to watch my other sleep videos - Sleep Education, Safe Sleep and Sleep Concerns. These topics will not be discussed during class but will be referenced, and they could play a role in your child's sleep as well.
Your Instructor
Laura Knecht is a pediatric sleep specialist and the founder of Good Little SleeperZzz, where she helps families one-on-one with customized sleep plans and continuous support. Laura has a background in Early Childhood Education and has been working with infants and children for over 15 years. After struggling as a first-time parent with her own son’s sleep issues, she discovered a passion for helping newborns to school aged kids get the best quality sleep. Her passion is for teaching and supporting parents as well as being a student herself - there is always more to learn!
