Returning to (paid) work after baby is a big transition. This course helps you prepare your mind, body, and logistics so you can return with confidence, reduce stress, and feel grounded in your new rhythm.
Class Description
Returning to (paid) work after welcoming a baby is one of the biggest transitions in early parenthood—emotionally, physically, and logistically. This course is designed to help you navigate that shift with greater confidence, clarity, and calm. Together, we’ll explore what to expect (and what’s completely normal) as you prepare to re-enter the workforce, balancing your identity as both a parent and a professional. You’ll learn about the common challenges families experience before returning to work—such as managing childcare arrangements, feeding routines, emotional readiness, and shifting household dynamics—and how to meet each one with practical strategies and self-compassion. Through guided reflection and actionable planning, you’ll create a personalized roadmap to prepare your mind, body, and home for this next chapter. The goal is to reduce anticipatory stress, increase your sense of readiness, and leave you with a tangible plan that supports both your family’s well-being and your professional goals. By the end of this course, you’ll feel grounded, informed, and ready to return to (paid) work with confidence and purpose.
