Class Description

Professional moms everywhere describe their experience with one word: conflicted. If they’re great at work, they’re not the mom they want to be. If they’re focused on their kids, their work begins to suffer. And somewhere in all of this, they’re supposed to carve out quality time for their partners, their friends, their relatives, and themselves—not to mention passion projects and other responsibilities. It’s a situation that leaves them feeling at odds with themselves...and drained. There’s a better way. She knows, because she's been there too. But true change is possible when you build a life that’s CENTERED. Dr. Whitney is sharing her intentional motherhood approach with others so they can go from surviving to THRIVING as a modern mom. 1. Learn to build more efficiency and effectiveness in all aspects of your life. 2. Reduce stress and inner conflict, decreasing burnout and increasing fulfillment 3. Get the laundry, bills, and your work to-dos done faster and easier. 4. Develop a sustainable framework for prioritizing self-care, healthy boundaries, and value-based decision-making while managing everything you need to get done at work and at home!
