Sessions Overview

  1. The Basics of Trello: What is Trello? Let's take a look at the basics of the free and popular productivty app and see how it can help you organize your mom life. Trello is intuitive and easy-to-use and is a great way to organize all the many thoughts and commitments you process every day- it's every mom's dream!
  2. Chores and Household Tasks- Option 1: Option 1 for organizing your Chores Board is to divide it up by how often you do things- for example, Yearly/Annual chores, Quarterly Chores, Weekly Chores, and Daily Chores. Use the attached guide to download a pre-made template to get you started!
  3. Chores and Household Tasks- Option 2: This board divides up the chores by area of the house instead of by how often it needs to be done.
  4. Creating Upcoming Trello Boards: Have you felt overwhelmed because your brain just had too many things it was trying to remember and you just needed to sort it all out? Save yourself the stress and spinning in mental circles and make Upcoming boards!
  5. Your Weekly Board: The next board I suggest is a Weekly Trello Board. This essentially gives you a To Do List for each week, divided up into days- with the ability to flex with whatever your days bring you.
  6. Putting It All Together: There’s just something satisfying about assembling all these pieces into one clean to-do list for the week. This is where all those pieces you’ve been creating over the last few lessons come together into a nice little package.
