Abbie Hausermann

A difficult labor that ended in an emergency c-section was not how I envisioned the beginning of my journey into motherhood. Thrown by this experience, among other circumstantial changes, I struggled with postpartum anxiety. Since the birth of my oldest son nearly seven years ago, I have devoted my professional career to supporting women through their fertility, pregnancy and postpartum journeys. Hoping to bridge the gap between perinatal care and what the dark spaces of postpartum can look like, I have helped hundreds of mothers find their footing in this fragile time. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and I am Board Certified in Perinatal Mental Health. Together, we will make sense of the unknown of motherhood and navigate the new normal.
