Learn how to introduce solids with confidence, support sensory and motor skills, and build positive eating habits for your baby’s successful chewing and swallowing.
Class Description
Starting solids is one of the most exciting milestones in your baby’s first year—but it can also feel overwhelming. In this course, you’ll gain the confidence and know-how to introduce a variety of food textures that support your baby’s sensory development, oral motor skills, and healthy eating habits for life. You’ll learn how different textures help “map” your baby’s mouth for chewing and swallowing success, the best ways to offer foods safely, and how to recognize your baby’s readiness cues. We’ll break down common myths, take the mystery out of the process, and provide practical tips to make mealtimes enjoyable for both you and your little one. With expert guidance, you’ll be equipped to nurture your baby’s relationship with food from the very first bite.
