In this class I’ll unpack the recent headlines on toxic heavy metals in baby food and share lots of tips about what you can do to limit your baby’s exposure to the bad stuff. All the tips are super easy to implement!
Class Description
If the recent news on toxic heavy metals in baby food alarmed or confused you, this class is for you. We’ll answer questions like: Should you make baby food? Is it OK to buy baby food? What foods should you avoid? And more! To start, I’ll take you through the research that led to the headlines (not boring, I promise!) and then share lots of tips on how you can reduce your baby’s exposure to toxic heavy metals.

Krystyn has worked with families on child nutrition since 2014. Her professional expertise is in infant and toddler feeding. She is a registered dietitian, with a Masters degree in Nutritional Science from California State University - Long Beach.
