Maximizing Your Wearable Pump

On-Demand Class · Breastfeeding

If you are having trouble with your milk output when using your wearable pump, this class is for you. Learn common mechanical, ergonomic, and mental barriers and how to overcome them to get the milk you want.

Class Description

You have a wearable pump, but it isn't working well for you. You're hearing things like, "You can't use your wearable pump as your primary pump," which is making you think it's time to give up. Before you do, take this class to see if that statement even applies in your case. Then learn about the common barriers to getting the most milk volume out of a wearable pump (mechanical, ergonomic, and mental) and some strategies to overcome these barriers. It is my hope that after taking this class, you have a new toolbox to work with in terms of trouble shooting milk output, and can boost your supply after making a few changes.
