Evelyn Vieira has been supporting families for the past 20+ years as a Certified Positive Discipline Educator, Trauma Support Specialist, Parent Coach, Professional Nanny, Preschool Teacher & Foster Child Advocate. She specializes in helping parents heal their own childhood trauma so they can break generational patterns of dysfunction, abuse and addiction. She has extensive experience and training in the areas of: Understanding and identifying family dysfunction How childhood trauma manifests in parenting Toxic relationships in the family system Narcissistic abuse and recovery Emotional and psychological abuse Codependency, people pleasing and perfectionsm Setting effective guilt-free boundaries Trauma and shame-Free Parenting tools Evelyn is passionate about helping parents break free from the toxic patterns that are holding them hostage.
