On-Demand Class · Baby care

Learn how to reframe guilt and feelings of failure when breastfeeding doesn't work out.

Class Description

You are not alone. Many mothers are unable to meet their breastfeeding goals, usually for reasons that are out of their control. And even though their babies are fed and nourished on formula, they still carry feelings of failure, guilt and shame around the premature end of their breastfeeding journey. In this class, we'll talk about ways to reframe the situation that incorporate self-compassion, and hopefully help you move forward with more confidence and grace.
