We will cover: Tapping into your paternal instincts (dads have them too) Trusting yourself and that everything's going to be ok when your baby is inconsolable Checklists to go through to solve baby's needs when they're crying Dr. Karp's "5 S's" technique to soothe babies The Hamilton Hold The Third Eye technique and many other tools to help you calm your baby down
Sessions Overview
- Baby Bonding for Dads: It's important for you to embrace that dads do things differently than moms, and that’s ok. Learn to trust your paternal instincts and become more confident in taking care of your baby.
- What to Do When Baby is Crying: Babies cry. That's what they do. And it's their way of communicating that they need something. Be patient, slow down, calm yourself and go through this checklist to help figure out what your baby needs.
- Techniques for Soothing Your Baby: Even after you go through the checklist, your baby just might need some extra help in calming down. You'll learn proven baby soothing methods that will give you a whole bag of tools to use to help you become known as the "Baby Whisperer".
