Class Description
If your partner has decided to exclusively breastfeed, it's normal to feel a little left out, and be wondering "how can I even help?" In this class, you will learn basics of latch and positioning so that you can help out your partner as much as possible; how to know your exclusively breastfed baby is getting enough with the breastmilk alone; and how you can bond with your baby apart from bottle feeding. You'll learn other ways of supporting your new family once baby is home, as well as some communication tips to make your partner feel as empowerered and supported as possible.
