Biography
Jyotika is known and experienced in family and education guidance, along with being a human resource development expert based out of Delhi for the past 20 years. With her craft deeply embedded in Psychology, Jyotika comes with years of seasoned experience in counseling, offering compassionate therapy and guidance services to her clients. Grounded in the positive psychology theories, she draws inspiration from spiritual thoughts, along with modern therapy concepts. She was recently Awarded the “Young Innovator and Entrepreneur 2016" by All Ladies League - World Economic Forum. Jyotika has also been a Tedx speaker (link at end of the document) Jyotika runs a successful Education and Career Advisory firm - Kinetic Potential Explorers an institution dedicated exclusively to students, assisting them with scholarships, education, career and personal guidance and counseling. Her most recent passion is Happiness Is Love which has recently completed 4 years.
