Y a\u00fan m\u00e1s importante es que, al poner de manera consistente a dormir al ni\u00f1o en su cuna, se crea la asociaci\u00f3n entre el sue\u00f1o y la cuna, ayud\u00e1ndolo a quedarse y mantenerse dormido.<\/p>\n<p>Esto significa que mientras tu peque\u00f1o tome m\u00e1s de una siesta al d\u00eda, te vas a sentir encerrado en casa. Para sacarle el mayor provecho al tiempo cuando esta despierto, sal de casa apenas termine su siesta y aseg\u00farate de regresar<em> antes<\/em> que empiece a cansarse, si se queda dormido en el camino puedes da\u00f1arle su siesta (puede ponerse de mal humor).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfC<\/strong><strong>\u00f3<\/strong><strong>mo definir un horario de siestas?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La calidad el sue\u00f1o durante el d\u00eda no solo depende de un entorno consistente sino tambi\u00e9n de unos horarios consistentes. El horario de la siesta no necesita ser r\u00edgido, la clave es establecer una rutina diaria que incluya la siesta alrededor de la misma hora cada d\u00eda. A los bebes les cuesta mucho m\u00e1s quedarse y mantenerse dormido.<\/p>\n<p>Poco a poco te iras dando cuenta de los signos cuando tu bebe ya est\u00e9 listo para la siesta, los cuales puedes usar para crear un horario para sus siestas diarias.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, no te distraigas, en pocos meses las necesidades de sue\u00f1o de tu peque\u00f1o cambiaran, y debes ajustarte a esos nuevos horarios. Ten a la mano nuestras tablas del sue\u00f1o y mantente alerta sobre las se\u00f1ales cuando est\u00e9 listo para dormir. En general, te dar\u00e1s cuenta que sus necesidades de sue\u00f1o est\u00e1n cambiando cuando tu peque\u00f1o logre permanecer m\u00e1s tiempo sin se\u00f1ales de cansancio.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer si tu peque\u00f1o asiste a una guarder\u00eda?<\/h2>\n<p>Si tu peque\u00f1o asiste a una guarder\u00eda, es muy probable que sus siestas se ajusten a ese horario. Algunos peque\u00f1os se adaptan bien a dormir en la guarder\u00eda, mientras que a otros les puede costar un poco. Inclusive, no es raro que muchos ni\u00f1os duerman como focas en la guarder\u00eda y en la casa no (o viceversa). Es importante informar a la guarder\u00eda sobre las condiciones de siesta de tu ni\u00f1o y buscar en lo posible que se ajuste a la hora y la forma que se queda dormido.<\/p>\n<p>Estos consejos ayudaran a tu peque\u00f1o a obtener lo m\u00e1ximo de su tiempo de sue\u00f1o al d\u00eda.
