Existen <a href=\"https:\/\/pdfs.semanticscholar.org\/d0e7\/4da3f8093f2c77674c11affa9a8ab8d7e542.pdf?_ga=2.240939457.35312542.1505838129-43689558.1505838129\">estudios<\/a> que demuestran que los ni\u00f1os que dominan estas habilidades son m\u00e1s activos f\u00edsicamente durante la infancia, la adolescencia y la edad adulta que aquellos ni\u00f1os menos capacitados.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 es importante?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Los <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/books\/NBK201497\/\">investigadores<\/a> han descubierto que, a nivel general, los ni\u00f1os de hoy son menos activos que los ni\u00f1os de la generaci\u00f3n anterior. Tienen menos fuerza f\u00edsica, flexibilidad y resistencia. La obesidad infantil va en alza y junto con ella un mayor riesgo de enfermedad. Los expertos en desarrollo infantil culpan a este fen\u00f3meno de varios aspectos, entre \u00e9stos la disminuci\u00f3n de las HFM adecuadas.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Lo que puedes hacer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lo m\u00e1s importante que puedes hacer es ense\u00f1arle \u00e9stas habilidades a tu hijo. La investigaci\u00f3n demuestra que las HFM deben ense\u00f1arse y practicarse, as\u00ed que comprom\u00e9tete con tu hijo para realizar juegos y actividades que comprendan las HFM apropiadas para su edad. Entre otras razones, la AAP advierte que las pantallas pueden interferir con la pr\u00e1ctica de actividades de cuerpo entero que tu hijo necesita para dominar las habilidades b\u00e1sicas y fundamentales del movimiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Intenta 60 minutos de movimiento al d\u00eda.<\/strong> De acuerdo con la<a href=\"http:\/\/www.heart.org\/HEARTORG\/HealthyLiving\/HealthyKids\/ActivitiesforKids\/The-AHAs-Recommendations-for-Physical-Activity-in-Children_UCM_304053_Article.jsp#.WcP7ha3Mzq0\"> Asociaci\u00f3n Americana del Coraz\u00f3n<\/a>, tu hijo debe hacer al menos una hora de actividad f\u00edsica moderada y placentera todos los d\u00edas, a partir de los 2 a\u00f1os de edad. Esto ayudar\u00e1 a mantenerlo encaminado en sus habilidades b\u00e1sicas de movimiento durante su segundo a\u00f1o de vida.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, recuerda que fomentar las habilidades fundamentales del movimiento de tu peque\u00f1o no s\u00f3lo lo prepara para recibir los beneficios de la actividad f\u00edsica para su salud y su estado f\u00edsico.
