Biography
Mentor, International Speaker, Educational Consultant and Author Maureen Villalobos Montero was born in Costa Rica and after having worked, lived, and traveled in the United States and Europe, she resides in her country again. Her diversified education in Project Management, Hospitality and Education, has helped her support educational projects and create training tools for companies, as well as advise educational institutions to implement innovative teaching methodologies. She is a certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer of the John Maxwell Team and has worked on training youth and children in entrepreneurial skills and self-empowerment tools through “Edumorphos”, her personal project to promote the transformation of education. She is also a certified Mentor with the Global Latin American Network of Mentors (RGM) and has a Graduate degree in Neuroleadership and Neuromanagement from the Braidot Institute of Applied Neurosciences and the University of Salamanca in Spain. She traveled the world promoting leadership educational programs, and today she is part of the Advisory Board in different universities and foundations that promote values and empower youth and women in social need. Currently, she specializes in developing training programs in companies in topics such as Neuro-communication, Neuro-leadership, Motivation and Entrepreneurship. She does this through her business “Connecting Leaders” with workshops, private mentoring sessions, and international conferences. Her purpose and her passion are to create awareness to generate significant mindset changes as well as to help people connect with others through their inner spiritual development.
