Biography
Sheri Poznanovic, MD, FACS, FAAP is triple board certified as a Physician Nutrition Specialist, Lifestyle Physician, and Otolaryngologist. After greater than 15 years as a practicing pediatric ENT surgeon in Colorado, Dr. Poznanovic shifted her career focus to lifestyle, wellness, and nutrition counseling. She most recently received her Master of Science in Nutrition and Human Performance. She fully understands the demands of living a busy, full life and the challenges that creates in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and nutritional habits. She is committed to helping tailor nutritional lifestyle plans to fit individual needs.
