Aka The FREEDOM Finder for Parents, Jacqlin is a Mother of 2, Parent Empowerment Mentor, Speaker, Facilitator and Author who is deeply passionate about bringing greater awareness to the way we raise our children and teens. Raising empowered kids takes empowered Parents and Jacqlin loves to walk alongside Men and Women as they empower themselves to tap into a very different way of being a Parent. Parenting from Greatness. Weaving humorous stories of her own unique journey alongside the transformational experiences of the hundreds of clients she has worked with, she invites parents to lift out of the 5 ‘Parent Traps’ that we ALL nose-dive into unconsciously when we become parents. The #WeParentFromThePast Trap is the most significant of the auto-pilot traps she has seen totally hijack parents during her eight years of working with Mums and Dads. When we become Parents, we turn into our Parents! Or a reaction to them! And it’s not our fault. It’s simply the cycles from the past! Jacqlin has spoken on New Zealand's AM TV Show, TV3’s The Cafe and been featured in numerous magazine publications sharing her message in the light and playful way that she does, inviting parents to lose the controlling ways from the past and empower their kids to actually WANT to be the best versions of themselves. Teaching parents how to Create the Life they Love, Parenting from Greatness. Parenting from Greatness is a way to see yourself in and parent from your own greatness. Your intuition. Where you know what is right for you and your family without being told what to do. An approach to parenting that orientates you out of reaction into observation and responding. Being the parent you would love to be, rather than unconsciously trying to get away from the one you don't. A place far from the old way of just telling your kids what to do - to listening and sharing from your own experience which is exactly what creates a very different communication in the relationship with your children. A way out of control and into a shared vision of the relationships you would love to create in your family. The world has changed. Significantly. And it’s time the way we parent changes with it!
